The joys of a missing 'i' in your email

I once received an email addressed to ‘Dear Team,’ but the subject line had a typo that read: ‘Merry X-mas Party.’ It was meant to be a holiday invitation, but turned into a hilarious conversation about a fictional ‘X-mas’ creature! Has anyone else encountered unintended hilarity in workplace communications?

I’ve definitely been there! Once, I sent an email about scheduling ‘team building’ but somehow typed ‘team grilling’ instead. It led to a fun discussion about what our next BBQ should include.

, typos drive me nuts! Last month, I sent out a company-wide reminder for the ‘Next Week’s Meeting,’ but I accidentally typed ‘Mext Week’s Meeting.’ The responses I got were a mix of confusion and jokes about what a ‘mext’ is! I wonder if @lucas_garrett92 has ever dealt with anything that led to actual misunderstandings…
