@Jess I once had a candidate ask if the role came with ‘unlimited snack PTO’ and we lost it; now I prep one interviewer with a friendly reset line — “let’s park that and come back to scope” — so we can laugh and still keep time… Use it sparingly or it starts to feel scripted.
